BOOT CAMP
This outdoor group training programme is run in on the Cairns Esplanade; and surrounding area. Don’t be fooled by paradise that surrounds you. This is an intense Military Style Training. Running in four week blocks, three days a week, each session is different, incorporating strength, cardio, and intensity levels.
Yes, it’s early. Yes, it is going to hurt. One thing we don’t want to hear you say is ‘I can’t. It is not in our vocab and it shouldn’t be in yours. It’s definitely not I can’t, it is I CAN attitude you need to bring with you.
It all begins with a fitness test, which gives us an indicator into your current strengths and weaknesses. From this we challenge your body, challenge your mind in one hour sessions.
By the end of the four (4) weeks you will be amazed at what you have achieve, when you thought you just couldn’t carry that tyre any further, or crawl in the sand anymore. That is enough about that though, we don’t want to give too much of the fun secrets away.
